FAQ
Common questions
- What happens after the 14-day trial?
- Your account drops to the Free plan automatically. Your systems and history stay; some advanced features pause. Upgrade any time to bring them back.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes, both directions. Upgrade prorated; downgrade at end of the current billing period. Your data never leaves with a downgrade.
- What counts as an AI generation?
- Anything that calls the underlying language model — creating a new system, AI-editing a stage, regenerating from a clarification. Day caps reset at midnight UTC.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel in Settings and the plan ends at the close of your current billing month. You can keep using Free indefinitely.
- Do you offer annual pricing?
- Not yet. Monthly only for early access. We'll add annual billing in Module 3.
- Where is my data stored?
- On Supabase (Postgres) in the Tokyo region for early access. Each tenant is row-level-isolated by RLS. Every uploaded audio file is deleted right after transcription.
